The Practice is compliant with the Data Protection Act 1988 and with GDPR which came into effect on 25th May 2018. Patient information can only be accessed by members of the Primary Healthcare Team who need to know your medical details in order to provide you with the best healthcare possible. At times it will be necessary to share relevant information with another sector of the Health Service.
